I need to be able to access my Belkin F5D7630UK4a router when it's in Bridge mode, but of course all the local LAN settings are then replaced by a WAN IP address and such. My ISP provides a ENET ENCAP/LLC adsl connection w/o HDLC framing, VPI0, VCI 34. PPPoE and PPPoA are out of the question.

Is there a way to configure this router to otherwise share the ADSL between wired and wireless computers, or can I only config the router when LAN is online and WAN is offline?

i have a seagate 700 gig usb hard drive which has always been plugged into typical dell laptop running xp pro. the other day my nephew borrowed it to copy a bunch of mp3's. i thought it was going into his mom's pc. instead he plugged it into his mac. it didn't recognize it at all. now when i plug it back into my pc it shows like a new unformatted 700 gig drive. i ran partition magic 8.05 to see if i could restore the partition and i couldn't....BUT, it did show that the previous amout of disk space which was occupied by my data was still...."occupied" so i know it is not completely wiped out. Any ideas? I cannot believe i am the first person to plug a pc usb drive into a mac and lose every thing. Is there a trick, software package...anything...HELP!!!!!!!

one of my three usb ports dosn't recognize any hardware i attach to it but that hardware will recieve power for example my optical mouse light will turn on but it will not work on just this usb port. what has happend to it and what should i do?

Hi could you please give me instructions on how to put banner ads on my blog, on the left side. I tried it myself and my blog really looked ugly.

How can I put them on the left side, I have very little HTML knowledge. And I don't know how to use WYSIWYG softwares that help you build a webpage.

And also how do I put pitures or and make them clickable in order to download something from my blog, like a picture of an ebook for example and make the ebook downloadable from my blog

people who've spent hundreds of hours helping people they don't even know?

Is it that they don't have a life? Are they losers? Anti-social types? Hopeless nerds? Don't they have friends with whom to spend those hundreds of hours, rather than sitting in front of a screen?

and how do the Yahoo! marketing types describe them? Anti-social nerds? They must have a low opinion of them or else they wouldn't need that they can lure them with points that buy nothing, i.e. make them work without pay?

Innocent people are being exploited by the police and other psudo organizations that have authority to "protect us" and use the privacy that we covet to destroy us. Case in point: PA trooper applies for a warrent to discover the email account that is "suspect" of a crime, AOL (or any other server) submitts the info and local police in another state (CT) raid the private home, restrain the occupants, remove the children, take the computer and leave the premises with what they "believe" are evidence of a crime. Only to have the female, who was restrained, left to read the warrant and discovers that the email address thet was in question did not belong to her or her family members. In my opinion the crime was committed by the authorities and the internet server that surrendered the private information that was solicited. The police were attempting to find evidence of a sexual nature. By the way the female has had a mastectomy and sex is the farthest thing from her mind.

I'm looking for a card that I can fit into a computer without internet access when I'm overseas, so that I can record programs onto the hard disk. These are just ordinary radio stations, like the BBC World Service, which broadcasts from London across thousands of miles. I'm not looking for a 2-way radio.

I want to convert a decimal 20060901 to the Date 2006-09-01 (YYYY-MM-DD) and then subtract 2 days to get date : 2006-08-30.
In Oracle when I run the following Query it works:

i share my computer with my parents which by the way they dont really know much how to use it. we both have different pages...i use a password but my parents dont.... i am the administrator of the computer and only few days ago i found over 2000 files of porn in the shared documents and settings... they are NOT mine or my parents so it looks like someone else is using it maybe by bluetooth or whatever he/she is using..... now i need to know how to stop them or how to find where the conection is done can anyone give me an idea????? pls pls pls pls
