I have an old e-mail address and when i changed my username i lost all info and saved contacts.......Can anyone give advise on how to retrieve this........any and all answers will be welcome. Thanx in advance.

it would be better if you've specify what email account your using. well, nways i dont think you can change your username. on most free email accounts on the net, they only allow users to edit their password. you might have created a new account then. try to login using your old account if it still works. if not, you need to contact the tech support for your email hosting.

As you haven't mentioned what email service you were using, so I cannot answer you properly. Here I gonna assume that you are using yahoo mail, and in yahoo mail there is no such thing that if you change your username your account crashes down, because you cannot change your username at all (even in other email services you can't change your username)
So be a bit more specific and I'll try to answer in a better way.
