you are going to have to pay the money and have someone come out and carry out a feasibility study.

There is no way anyone can provide you with a solution to your IT needs without actually sitting down and discussing what you need and what you don't.

Call in a reputable local IT solutions company to give you a quote. It'll be worth it in the end.

If you want all three regions to use the same database then you want to consider some sort of client server processing.

To connect up all the regions you can chose dialup, VPN or internet connection.

Start from there as a beginning and look at the costings.

First, you define what, generally, you want or need.

Second, you define specifically, what you want or need.

Third, you map out distinctly what needs to be done, and in what order it has to be done, and what items don't have to be done in any specific order, perhaps just as called for.

Then you call someone who will ask those same questions with an eye to the methods that need to be employed to accomplish it.

First, however, you define what you want or need to be done.

(BTW: in my experience, some of the things the customer thinks are hard, are easy, and some of the things the customer thinks are easy, are hard. Just map out what is needed, wanted, and why, then call someone to put it together.
