ooooh, our investigator habits are kicking in. one sure way is to get ahold of the persons previous bank statement or credit card statements, to see if the made a purchase for a seat upon the cruise. most major liners dont have past list availiable for the public eye. so your gonna have to change up your method and look for the financial records for proof instead. good luck.
