actually what's blocking it is not a firewall, but a proxy server. if you need to get around that, go to http://www.download.com and search for "proxy avoidance", a list of programs will come up that will let you get around the server, i don't recommend you try that though because if you get caught, you will be in serious trouble. but good luck.
