there is something to be written in the (run) window that views the current active?
there is somethin if i type it in the (run) window it will views the programs and i can shut any of them down and re activat it any time. what do i have to write? i think it's something like configrations but i don't know please help.

I work as a web developer building websites commercially. Sometimes I need to localise the site in different languages. I often do not get the translations until the very end of the project.
