there is something to be written in the (run) window that views the current active?
there is somethin if i type it in the (run) window it will views the programs and i can shut any of them down and re activat it any time. what do i have to write? i think it's something like configrations but i don't know please help.

Yes, it is msconfig. This utility will display all your startup programs, services, and environment variables. You can uncheck any programs you do not want to start the next time Windows loads.

A couple more utilities:

1. services.msc, which will display all the programs, services, and background apps that are running and their startup status.

2. cmd, which will bring up the Command Console (like the old DOS prompt). From here, you can type systeminfo and get a snapshot of your current config and windows updates.
