If you use FrontPage, you don't really have to know any HTML-- you basically "tell" FrontPage what you want the site to look like, and it will write the HTML for you. If you want to learn HTML, you can type it directly into notepad, but you'll need to go through a basic tutorial, first. Type "HTML TUTORIAL" into any search engine, and you should find plenty of help.

Good luck!

You can learn basic HTML using this tutorial. It's simple and easy to learn, with a quiz after each section. http://www.echoecho.com/html.htm

After you construct your home page, make sure you save it as an "index.html" file in Notepad, or without the quotes in Front Page. Then you would upload that page onto your server in the public_html directory.

In frontpage wirte your HTML in between the body tags - in fontpage they should already be there.

So it should look like

Header stuff
