Why? emachines suck. You will need a micro mobo, check newegg.com

I wouldnt suggest trying to put a new mobo in that thing if you even had to ask that question, you obviously have no computer knowledge, and will probably end up breaking something.
Just buy a new comp or build one and save a few hundred dollars. I just build a high end gaming computer for under 500 (no monitor) I alread had one haha.

I would recommend a new case and powersupply, because even if a new board fits, the old power supply might now have the necessary power and connections. Its not too expensive. Just take the hard drives, CD drives and any other drives from the old Emachine.
