Instead of watching a whole movie is there ways i can breakdown large files into chapters

ie

(800 mb - into 10 chapters) instead of (800 mb into one chapter)

Any video editing software that could work?

msn has a webmessenger where if you don't want or can't download the IM versoin of it you can use the internet to use the msn messenger and I was wondering if yahoo meassenger also provided the same thing if not that's fine but it would be easier and more convenient if you did. thanks xoxoxoxo

I have tried drag, open space, deleting icons to recycle bin and recycle bin stands alone on deskbar yet the task bar could only be expanded about 1/3 of the screen. I have tried quick launch to open space for deskbar and no luck. The original task bar buttom position was suddenly put to the left side, and then the right side and later on the top. From the buttom position, I do not know how it happened to go to one place to another. I do not remember me doing anything to move the buttom task bar. Again, how do I put the task bar back to the default buttom position? Any reliable knowledgeable solution will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

i erased my files and it skipped the recyle bin because it was 3 gigs of photos, and now i want it back, i heard theres a way to get it from the hard drive. does anyone know what program i can use and is free to recover it? thanks!

everything seems to be right.the only thing is that when i go to the disk defrag i used to see disc c & disk d now i only see disk c for options to defrag why is that? this computer started out wiyh 512 and was upgraded to1024 mem i would really appreciate any help repair shops are so expensive.

I took some pictures with my digital camera and then downloaded them to a memory stick. When I went to upload them onto my computer, the images were converted from JPEG to a .VEM file and my computer won't let me open them! Does anyone know any way around this, or a way to convert them back to .JPEG??
