an error messege "not enough free memory or disk space" flashes, but i KNOW that i have enough freespace (11 gigs on the hard drive and my i never come close to exceeding ram space). i tried the whole "locate Normal.dot and rename it" trick, but that doesn't work. word doesn't even open when i use the "winword.exe a\" prompt. I've updated it with SP3 and I found no add-ins associated with the (Word) startup folder. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i have a wireless laptop on bt broadband,its supposed to be upto 8meg yet all the speed tests show under 2 meg,i am wireless and my laptop shows 54mps and 100 mps through ethernet,is it my end or bts fault?

EMERGENCY! If you accidently saved over a file on the computer, is there any way of getting it back?

I was working really hard on a video on Windows movie maker. I closed it and then went back on. I thought I was opening another video but I was actually choosing a file to save in. I accidently saved over my video. Any way I can get it back?

HELP me transferring all my data from my laptop hard disk to another place?

As I said in a previous question, my laptop has gone bust and I dont know why. After receiving advice from people in yahoo answers, I got an enclosure and put the laptop hard disk in there without any problems. The problem now is the following: When I connect the enclosure with the HD to the computer, the computer recognizes the new usb hardware but as soon as I want to start getting the data out, the hard disk is all hung up and does not work anymore. So..
1. Does this mean that the hard disk is faulty?
2. Are there any applications to help one with this?
3. What can I do now??????

Faster RAM or faster Hard Drive?

My laptop supports PC2-5300 RAM but it only came with PC2-4200 RAM. And also my laptop came with 100GB 5400RPM SATA Hard Drive and I know Hitachi and Seagate came out with 7200RPM SATA Hard Drives but maximum size is 100GB. So my question is should I get the faster RAM or the faster Hard Drive. My budget is to only get either or for the time being. I currently have 1GB of RAM. So if I do upgrade to the faster RAM, I will max out my laptop with the 2 Gigs. So any suggestions is greatly appreciated.

If you know a lot about wireless networking or game adapter...can u please help?

I can't decide which wireless game adapter to get...either the Netgear WGE111 54 Mbps Wireless Game Adapter ($65.99), or the Linksys Wireless B Game Adapter (only $19.99!). They both have basically the same rating by reviewers. They both get some bad reviews because the setup won't work...HELP!
