How do I add a drop down box to my excel sheet and how do I change the info once I add it?

I would like to have a list for the user to select from for example: similar to a multiple choice test in which the user has the ability to select from a list of answers with the ability to choose only one answer. (But I need to be able to change the answers). That's what I need help in creating in excel.

Highlight the info that you want with a drop down box- go to Data-then Filter then click on Auto Filter... To reverse the auto filter, do the same thing again.

You have two ways
Way1: Adding validation to one cell, tha will prevent the entry to that cell except one of the entered values.
Way2: Adding a drop bown combo box object from "Forms toolbar" as an object and control the selected item in certain cell.
You can do Way1 by naming the values you want to be in this drop down menu.
Select the cells having the values and go to NAme box (The left side of formula bar) and type a name and press enter.
Now select the cells you want to set validation to and go to Data > Validation
from the Allow drop down select list and in the source type "=" then the name of range you set. and press Ok
from now on the cell value will be changed to one of the items in that menu once you click on it
