i have win98se..can i download and burn cd's from pc w/o seperate unit like in win xp?

to burn CD in WIndows 98 you will have to install burner software such as Nero. It is not build into 98 like it is in XP. Check download.com and you will probably find a free one (Been too long since I did 98 so I don't remember any - sorry)
