Plug the iPod into your computer, go to iTunes and click on your iPod in the tabs list. The song list will appear and all you have to do is right click --->delete or just press the delete button on your keyboard.
**I don't think you can delete a song without connecting it to your computer if that's what your trying to do.

1. Open iTunes.
2. Go to your iPod music library.
3. Highlight the song(s) you don't want anymore(in the main list, not in a playlist you made yourself).
4. Right-click it and click on "delete."

the songs in ur itunes library are in your ipod if u delete the from ur itunes library it will automaticallt deleted from ur ipod
