I connected my camera to my PC thru the USB drive, but it does not recognize it, i hvae installed the USB driver as well as the software required. It pops up the New hardware found dialog, but is not able to recognize the correct software.

The same is happening even for my mobile phone, any ideas why???

I have some clips i'd like to send friends and family but their to large.. About 15mb and most email clients cut you off at around 10mb.. So i need a simple tool to shrink them to 10mb or less...

I don't believe I've covered all the possibilities of what I can do with my computer. I use it now extensively for Yahoo Answers, and may move on to something else soon if the questions don't get better.

Using the C Programming Language, does anyone know how to validate the users input so they can only enter either int, float or double data types (no char!). Usually if you enter a char when your supposed to enter a digit, the program bombs itself. I need to stop the operator from inputing strings or characters.

somehow i have changed my computers language preference to german. now some of the web sites like msn and the msn messenger comes in german language instead of german. so is the software installation. if i add new software it just gets add on as in german version, it does not gives me the option of english. how do i change this

When i try to install a program eg.windows media player 11 on Windows XP it gives me an error msg.(We cannot validate your product key or version of windows). Also when i try to install service pack 1 or 2 it tells me that the product key you used to install windows might be invalid. Is there anyway that i can resolve this problem?
