computer language preference?

somehow i have changed my computers language preference to german. now some of the web sites like msn and the msn messenger comes in german language instead of german. so is the software installation. if i add new software it just gets add on as in german version, it does not gives me the option of english. how do i change this

Open Control Panel. Select Regional and Language Options. Select English or what ever language other than german you want.
