i am going to get a fixed line put in, i need bt to do this. is there a minimum term contract, cos i want to switch to talk talk as soon as i have a phone line. any other ideas.

when i singed up with BT last week the minimum term was three months and you have to have a phone line installed before talk talk can switch it to their service, they can not connect phone lines

The minimum term is 3 months, but stick with BT. I think they are the better of the phone providers

no there is no longer a minimum term contract with bt only a minimum contract of 12 months for internet access EG b/band hub

I signed up with bt just 6 months ago and had to sign for 12 months

12 months...but dont get talk talk....

ur prob better off signing up with sky or orange
