i am working for a small software company in Pune as a software dev . work load is huge . salary is also good. i am plannig to shift to MNC in a ffew months. hows the work pressure in MNC's . i heard the pressure is not very much and things are a bit easygoing since there are larger teams . how far is this true . pls answer .

i opened a question here to answer it, ther was a like and i click on it , and my pc get stupid and there was voice of an ugly man,

By "mission critical", I mean that it would be dangerous or expensive if the computer failed, eg: a computer being used during a surgical operation, or to serve an important website.

I'm looking especially for "official" or well-recognised minimum standards, rather than just people's opinion about what would be a good idea to have.

I'm looking for a freeware under Windows that can perform searches for certain combination of words in documents (word, excel,...)

Example: i want to find every file that contains the words "car" and "house".

The search option of Windows isn't able to do that obviously.

i just upgraded to 6m. on my dsl line ,,i heard that dsl is better than cable it is true /?

I ask this becuase I recently contacted the following companies

Virgin.net
Tiscali
Supanet
Tesco.net

and a few others

I found that none of them provide the physical installation and connection of the A/dsl line itself, you have to go to BT or a proper TSP (telecom service provider) like NTL or Cable and Wireless and get them to install the line (which mean's paying also for the line rental)

All the above companies provide is a modem and an internet service

But it is'nt a real broadband internet service because they don't provide the a/dsl line (which cost's extra and you have to include line rental, dispite what these companies claim on their webisites)

My reccommendation is, if you want a broadband service, best go to a proper TSP (telecom service provider) and not someone who claims to offer a broadband service (as there will be hidden costs and charges)

Whenever I try to install DNS 8 Pro, it stops at "Tenns.cab" telling it is corrupt or
unable to read.
Copied the lot to the HD but to no avail.
Can anyone please help me?
