job pressure?

i am working for a small software company in Pune as a software dev . work load is huge . salary is also good. i am plannig to shift to MNC in a ffew months. hows the work pressure in MNC's . i heard the pressure is not very much and things are a bit easygoing since there are larger teams . how far is this true . pls answer .

Well, work pressure is same in all companies. It is directly related to deadlines and deliveries. But one way, you are correct - MNCs have larger teams - so often the workload is OK. Not much.
