How do I upload....?

I have a CD with a video on it, i have uploaded all the songs in itunes, how do i upload the video too?

i'm not THAT stupid, i've tried, i can't upload the video into itunes anyway because it's not in the right format, i tried to get it by going through my computer and the drive that it's in, but there are no folders on the CD, it just automatically opens up
