You install the messenger from messenger.yahoo.com. It will create short cuts on the desktop and u can then launch the messenger from the desktop...is this wht u mean?

You download Yahoo Messenger from Yahoo.
http://messenger.yahoo.com/
When you install it, it will put a shortcut in your Program Files and on the Desktop, if you want. You then simply run it and log on.

Just do a search for "yahoo messenger download" it will give you the link to the yahoo messenger home page for the download

you don't create it, you download and install Yahoo Messenger.
or has Yahoo come out with a new app which Massages while you chat on Messenger.

Click on " start" on the left buttom of your window
- Click on "all programs"
- place your cursor to wher it says " yahoo messenger"
- Click left button of your mouse and click on "create shortcut"

download it from www.yahoo.com and will create a desktop shortcut..
