I use to have ares but i upgraded to another version..bad move, now i can't find a version that lets me connect. The download of the program goes through but i can't connect to it and its frustrating as hell, so if anyone can help me that would be great!!

It says"Your server cannot connect to the requested page."The same thing applies after sending an email; usually I'd be directed to Inbox.

I can still send email, every mail I send gets sent twice. I cannot contact the ISP. Can someone help please?

I set my Microsoft Outlook up with my college email address. I can receive messages from all email addresses, but I can only send messages to other email addresses at my college.

When I try to send messages to other accounts, I get an error message that says, "Sending' reported error (0x800CCC6F) : 'Your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server has reported an internal error. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). The server responded: 554 Mail from 138.88.140.195 refused, see RBL server list.dsbl.org'"

Does anyone know how I can fix this problem or how I can contact my server administrator?
