By only allowing members of that website to respond, you're really going to bias any answers you receive to your question, not to mention you're really narrowing the pool of people who are qualified to answer your question.
I'm not a member of that website (thank goodness) but I am going to respond anyways. It appears to be nothing more than a scam to make money off of people who do not know any better.
"The next 500 149 people to join by Tuesday, August 8th save 50% and it's just $34.95."
That type of line is typical of scamming websites and bad tv infomercials.
You should never have to pay somebody (who is supposedly making tons of money anyways..) for access to a "product" such as this, especially when the product in question is not his in the first place. The surveys are intellectual property of the companies in question, not some supposed database.
I went ahead and tried to look up some websites that do not charge a fee...this is what I found.

The websites in my source list are 3 articles that pertain to online fraud committed by websites such as surveyscout.com
Read them if you like, but the bottom line is I would stay away from all surveys. They are a waste of time unless you have a whole lot of time on your hands..

I joined that a few years ago...no, just a LOT of spam. Lots and lots and lots of spam. Don't do it.
