Check with your phone provider, most have options for call blocking but will usually cost some $. If nothing else get caller ID and don't pick up the phone.

Once you have caller ID, you can block up to 12 numbers by calling *60 right after they called you.
Once you are on the site, you input #01# and afterwards they get a message whenever they call from that number.

Yes, call the phone company and tell them what you want to do. Problem is the guy can call you from a zillon other phones that can't be traced. Pay phones, ect....You can change your number and keep it unlisted...

in ga we have call block offered by bellsouth. It actually tells the caller that you dont want to talk to them. Ask your phone company.

go to a boat supply store. get one of those air horns with an aerosol can attached to the bottom of it. they won't call you again. {:-)
