My webmail provider uses squirrelmail. Since noon today I can't use the reply button.?

It says"Your server cannot connect to the requested page."The same thing applies after sending an email; usually I'd be directed to Inbox.

I can still send email, every mail I send gets sent twice. I cannot contact the ISP. Can someone help please?

I have SquirrelMail running as well and it seems your error is generated by it unable to connect to the IMAP/SMTP. Are you able to view the line the error is generated at and also what version of SquirrelMail do they return?

If your ISP can't be reached, I would highly recommend you switch ISP's. I know a company that can provide the same service. Let me know if you are interested.
