i am creating an online sales and inventory system as a project for college...sales system will be online while the inventory system is a windows application tht's only for the staffs' usage...i am using visual studio .net 2003 (VBScript) programming language and MS Access xp pro...i want to know how to link access to .net. I also want to know if i use the windows application for inventory subsystem and use the ASP.Net web application...how do i link both systems to each other?? Please help!!URGENT!!

My envelope at the bottom right hand side of the screen and the Yahoo! communicator tell me that I have three new messages. However, I have not received any emails, - that I can find! Spam and trash are also empty.

What can I do to either find these three messages in Yahoo mail - or how do I remove the 'you have 3 messages' bit?

Last night, after I had left the room for a brief second after playing a game, my computer started freezing up. I also had a USB mass storage device in as well. So, I turned off the computer and turned it back on again to see if it would start up again. Turns out that the monitor, the mouse, and the keyboard are no longer working. My computer is a Compaq Presario that is about 6 years old. I need all the answers I can get with this one.

If there was a website, FREE, that would help you research and find a solutions to a problem would you use it? It would be a lot like being able to post a question here but it would help others with more detailed issues that require more input and effort. For example, offering help to couples who want to adopt internationally.....finding resources for single mothers....or helping somone find ways to build there dream home.

my computer becomes unstable in the hot weather and deletes anything i click on. i have a chassis fan to fit inside but where do i fit it. there is only 6 square inches of small holes in the back of the case for it to breathe (packard bell imedia). does the fan just blow air around inside the case, suck cooler air in or draw warm air out

I want to control a boolean value in a function, should I pass the variable as "true" or "false", or integer like 1 or 0 ??? Which one is efficient ?

}

function testInteger($var=1){

}

$testBoolean(false);
$testInteger(0);
