My computer has been infected with a lot of viruses and such and I don't know what to do. I am desperate enough that I am thinking about wiping the whole hard drive clean. I have an annoying pop up box that comes up every time I open the internet and it wants to install HPIZ423 and I press cancel and it does this 5-10 times before it goes away. Recently, my cdrom didn't work because it said no disk when there was a disk in there. Also, in the internet option I have a homepage set but it doesn't go there. Instead it goes to sysprotectionpage.net and it is really frustrating. What should I do?

Hi,
I just started uploading this website and started linking the pages but after I linked them there was something weird. The links on the index page work fine but when I go to another page from there the URL of the page I just clicked on will be added after the URL thats alwready there. For exampleif I'm on www.yahoo.com and click on mail the URL becomes www.yahoo.com/mail (thats fine), But if from there I click on another page lets say NEWS (just as n example), The URL in my site would become www.yahoo.com/mail/news and it should be www.yahoo.com/news

Please if anyone knows a solution I'll appreciate it very much.

Ok I just bought anit virus program too see if that would help, it helped some, but here is problem it takes forever to load up , when im on yahoo games playing ,after a game I close window and it stays ,thus trying to get into another room I have to Ctrl Alt Dele before I can and resign in,is this just yahoo? My computer seems slow and bogs down sometimes it also freezes? my system is 4 years old

for some reason, I am constantly getting this message. I always get it if I try to open files in my computer by double left clicking on them . If i right click and hit open, its okay. Sometimes, when my pc acts up, i hit control-alt-del and get the message the ccap is not responding too. What is the shell/kernel 32 error and the ccap? How can I fix this.
