Sounds like you have a electrically charged field near your home. Any new power lines or cell phone towers go up near you recently? Do you have anything in your home that may function as a large magnet, such as a subwoofer? Any doctors recently put MRI equipment in?
If not that, check your cables. When in doubt, jiggle the cables to see if anything happens.

Move your speakers away from the moniter. They seem to screw up the color.
