for some reason, I am constantly getting this message. I always get it if I try to open files in my computer by double left clicking on them . If i right click and hit open, its okay. Sometimes, when my pc acts up, i hit control-alt-del and get the message the ccap is not responding too. What is the shell/kernel 32 error and the ccap? How can I fix this. Thanx in advance for any real hero persons.

I used to get that kind of stuff all the time.
Then I quit using Internet Explorer.
and use Mozilla instead. NO Problem.

CCAP.EXE is a process belonging to the Symantec AntiVirus Internet Security suite
