A friend and I are having a disagreement about what is the way to start a new page. She would rather hit return a couple of times and i said to hit CTRL and Enter at the same time for a page break. Which one is correct formatting procedure?

right now I can only burn single layer at 6X and DL at 2.4. My drive can handle faster speeds. Is is the burner, the disks, the computer, the software?? I have the software set to max speed

My anti-virus program states there are no viruses, i run real-time anit-spyware protection, i have a firewall. The cpu OS is Windows ME, so this cpu is pretty old. 20 GB hard drive.
