its ok,
a couple of critiques:
- your logo, both at the mast head and the spinning icon are WAY too jaggy and/or anti-aliased, looks totaly sloppy - you should swap out your Flash symbol and use a proper vector. Its your logo - at the end of the day it simply has to look top drawer!
- the protfolio section, ditch the animation subsection if you have nothing to add.
don't wanna sound harsh - but you asked!
EDIT:
ps. the inability to open your webpage samples in a target _blank is a big oversight. prosepective clients need to see the goods.
pps. where you say in the site descriptions "completed: 1 day" - don't, unless you are trying to position yourself as cheap and quick.. Rome wasn't built in a day - neither is your prospective clients' website!
ppps. the other poster's point is valid - too busy

Is it against the guidelines to ask for artistic critique? I don't thinks so.
I like your website a lot, the other guy is right about the logo but it is a minor change. I like that it looks professional, and corporate.
To be honest with you if I was to hire a designer I would hire someone with a more earthy website, yours is a little cold, but that is just my trend, I know a lot of people that would prefer something like yours.
I wish you the best!

I personally don't go to websites that people post on here, and this isn't an advertising site. And, you obviously are advertising a website.

Busy, busy, busy, busy, busy.
Clean it up. White space is a good thing. Cut down the animation; it felt like I was having a stroke as that loaded.
