This is not a program that can be downloaded free. It is part of the Microsoft Office Suite. It is possible though to download a trial of the beta versions.

Why not try Open Office. It can do all and more than the excel 2006, eg can make PDF files in all of the programme categories.
Its free to download and use both home & for commercial purposes.

Its a very good programme, it will read excel files as well!

Most major software stores and big box computer stores. You can not get it for free legally.
