Why would you need Outlook, which is an e-mail program, for downloads? (Unless you are being sent the download as an e-mail attachment)

1stly me is rubbish i wud upgrade to xp.
2ndly y do u need outlook to download as thaqt is for e-mails.
y not just get messenger and set up a hotmail e-mail account

outlook is for email.
