I have seen a few out on the road and I can't help but look in horror as some poor little kid (usually under 6) hangs on to this one wheeled contraption that wobbles about behind a totally oblivious adult as they weave in and out of the rush hour traffic. Is it just me or are they putting their littles'un at risk!

For those who don't know what I'm on about look at this link.

We're having this argument in work. Some guys think when you get on a roundabout you signal right until you turn off, then you stop signalling.

Some think you signal right when your on the roundabout, then left just as you want to go off.

Others think you don't signal on a roundabout, but signal left just after you pass the junction before the one you want to come off at.

What's the consensus? Is option 1, 2 or 3 correct. Or maybe none?

Would you slam on the brakes, and risk the car behind running into you, or keep going and run over the animal?

Can anyone explain the obsession with fog lights? I'm not talking about the small running lights on vehicles...I mean the huge fog lights that so many drivers seem to think they need regardless of the weather. At night, they blind oncoming traffic. During the day, they're just pretentious. Am I just out of touch, or do they annoy other people too?

Have you ever noticed on the back of security vans it says something like "There is a safe in this vehicle, which the guards have no access to".
So why is it there then? Why not just leave it at base?

According to the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety smaller cars have higher fatality rates than larger ones. What's more important - saving fuel or saving lives? See IIHS death rate chart http://www.iihs.org/research/fatality_facts/occupants.html

Every single day when I am in traffic these motorcycles fly by in between two lanes and through the traffic. The fact that they get to by pass doesn’t piss me off as much as the fact that I am worried that one day I will be merging to the next lane and will hit one of these bikers (accidental of course) If that were to happen would it b my fault or there’s? Is this even legal!?

On a used car, does anyone know how to tell if airbags have been used? It is my assumption that once used a dealer does not reinstall?

My brother works as a lorry driver and he was driving in the slow lane and hit a part of a bridge or something. They are now doing him for dangerous driving even though they originally said it was undue care and attention (sorry if the wording is all wrong here) anyway he is in court soon do you think that he will lose his licence. I dont think its fair he gets done for dangerous driving when he was in the slow lane and it was a total accident not involving alcohol. In UK by the way.

When I was younger it was "look both ways" "Stop Look and Listen" then cross .... It seems now it's "walk out to cross the street any time you feel like it and shoot the Bird at the on coming car if the car dosn't stop fast enough".....
