I've failed my driver's test three times now and feel pathetic. The first time everything was amazing until the downhill park and i forgot to put the car in reverse first to get out of it. The second time the downhill park was amazing but I ended up not completely in my lane when I reversed around the corner. The third time I started backing out of the parking lot wrong and it was an automatic failure. If they could take the best of each time then I could actually have a license...but of course not. I always end up getting nervous and doing something completely stupid and it just completely ruins my entire day. I need some ways to keep calm beforehand and I've tried the deep breath thing but its not working because I get so freaked out about failing that I always end up with these idiotic mistakes. I wish there was some alternative to passing the road test... without taking the road test :(

I have had an ongoing problem of someone disabling my car by damaging the the connections on my wheels etc. Is there a good burglar alarm or device that I can install to stop this vandalism? This has caused me great worry and unrest and any help would be very much appreciated, thanks.

Not to make light of the death of Darrent Williams, for he was too young and the shooting was sad and senseless, but his Hummer got torn up BADLY by small arms fire. That tin-can of a car is not very tough at all! It's not tough, and it has no offroading ability. Is it good for ANYTHING?

because of my work i have to make the trip, by car, from London to Liverpool quite often. it is 250 miles and takes about 3 -4 hours. but i always start dozing off at the wheel after 200 miles, even though i am not tired. This is not only frustrating, but very dangerous. what can i do to prevent this feeling of lethargy?

When a car bangs into a wall for example, and the airbag pops open, what happens to the front cover of the steering wheel?
Does the plastic front pop up with the airbag and hit you in the face or does it fall off first, but that would make a delay in which time your head could hit the wheel?
How does it work??

I would like to be able to fit a rear facing car seat in the front but cannot unless I can disable the airbag. Is there a way to do this on my model of Galaxy?

I am stopped behind a car wanting to turn right into a driveway. I manage to get around the car, however a car on the opposite side of the road (crossing my path) has driven into a driveway, and as a result i have clipped his back tyre as he was entering the driveway. Is he at fault for failing to give way to oncoming traffic?? Or am I for hitting him?? Thanks

KEY HERE IS: If you DON'T have AAA or any other Roadside Service Plan.
Or How much have you had to pay (out-of-pocket) for this service before without the Roadside Plans?

I am no stranger to manual gears having driven them for many many years however since using auto gears the last 15 years or so I find them safer especially when dicing with boy racers. whilst they're dropping one hand to change gear, thus not in TOTAL control, I am in FULL control whist kicking down to change. I also find it so useful on long trips and busy towns. Ha! Ha! now I'll stop and wait for the flak

I don't have all-terrain tires for my Mini but want to go up to Tahoe in a couple of weeks. Highway 80 is usually kept really clear. Would you drive it without winter tires in a car as low as the Mini? I also don't know if my car takes chains because of how low to the ground it is. Do you think it's a safe drive as long as it's not snowing?
