it all depends on the area you are in and how far you are from town there are no set rates for towing or road side service but usually no less than 50 bucks

Those tow truckers have got you over a barrel and can charge what they wany. It cost me $75 for a 2 mile tow once.

even though your Q is missing I get it .
for 20.00 i caught a ride on a rollback 2 miles to saftey at a station where i repaired the fuel elec. conection and was on my way . driver wanted 50 .

I keep my beater dodge trucks on an adequate maint schedule, and have never been stranded in 30 years.

I just call my friends and they come help me. I guess that about 10 cents for a cell phone call.
