I have been hit twice by two females because they were chatting on their cellphones. Or, maybe we should just ban females from driving.

I had a close call the other day, and it kinda scared me. Do they look at the position of your feet in relation to the car, cause it seems like they can still run over your foot if they're just looking at your body.

I have a neighbor next door to my house. he has a 4x4 truck.
every time he gets out of his garage to leave, he will take off like if he was the devil. he accelerates the truck too much and the engine will make a loud annoying sound. 3 or 4 cars that are parked out side in the street have an alarm system, the alarm system turns on when he passes by them with the loudy truck.

My friend told me that there was a telephone number that you could call if a police car turns on the sirens and you cannot find a safe spot to pull over. By doing so, you could communicate with the police and they would direct you to a safe place to pull over.

Is this true?

In California you have to be in a special car seat until you are 4'9" and Gary Coleman hasn't reached that so every time he drives without one he is breaking the law.
If you have actually read the details acknowlage it by saying what you think of Rosie O'Donnnel

I have the ignition interlock device installed on my car. I failed the breathalyzer test. I was not drinking at all - not even the night before - and I believe it was due to the consumption of Nyquil cold medicine. That is the only thing with any traces of alcohol in it, except for smoking a cigarette while doing it. I do not think the cigarette would have done anything due to the fact that I have smoked and blew into the device before. What will happen to me now? Do you think they will think I am lying? Is it up to the discretion of my probation officer?

I cannot think of anything else that could have caused this. Do you think I will go to jail, lose my car, what? Please help and be serious about this question. I am really worried.

Today a 20 car procession, with car lights on and flags followed the herast (sp) to the grave yard. About five managed to go through the intersection before the light changed and the rest followed after- running the red (and into the green again). The car in front of me almost hit them (when our light turned) expecting them to stop. So I was wondering if this was a little known traffic law. Or if this is common elsewhere. Having never been in one or lived near a parlor before this has never come up.

Ok I drift on snow... I have a Ford Focus and I love to drift with it. I only do it when it is slippery enough so i think the car will be okay. Anyway I turn with my wheel and I pull the e-brake to lock the rear brakes. Its pretty cool because I can handle it but what bad can happen other than crashing into things? Will I snap a cable or something? Let me know some more please. Oh yeah... my car is a stock. no performance added in it.

At a two way stop where the cross traffic is heavy, a car wanting to make a right hand turn (car A) stops at the stop sign and waits. While waiting, a car pulls up to the opposite side wanting to go straight through and also waits (Car B) , Behind car B, 2 more cars pull up and wait (Cars C and D).

As breaks in the cross traffic occur, In what order should the cars proceed through the intersection?

(This question is being asked about US traffic law. Source references appreciated)

me and a few friends are having a debate. If a person stops at a stop sign at a two ways stop and another driver coming from the left does not have to stop but has there turn signal on to turn but does not turn and the driver that stop goes before the driver was suspose to turn and gets hit in the side who's fault is it? We live in GA if that matters
