no you should not keep it what would be the point. It's not like you put it in your head and use it. you may not want to. Unless you have some kind of mad scientist thing that you plan on doing with it i wouldn't keep it. If the person who lost it on the other hand was smart then i would keep it. you could go to the doctor and have a brain transplant unless your already smart then you wouldn't need it.
