When we recieved the car the employee didnt have it cleaned and it had coffee spilled in it and was disgusting then when we returned it there is a small dent in the hood that can only be seen in the sunlight and from afar, and they are saying it is our fault, but we didnt do it nor did we see it cause it was cloudy the day we picked it up, and the mgr. is saying that her employees are never wrong and could not have missed the dent cause they seen the scratches on the bumper, nut yet he missed the interior being dirty and they are going to fix it prior to anyone on our behalf viewing it, yet we are supposed to pay for it What you do!!!!

I have 1998 Dodge Grand Caravan and have suspician that the mechanic has changed the original engine with some other of the same kind as it dosn't look the same. The label on the engine (close to the oil changing cap) is scratched so bad that no information can be read. Please help me how I can make sure I have the original engine? Is there any place where the VIN (or similar) number can be verified?

Well, I don't know about them... I wold wait untill the car people had some practic with them and work the bugs out and stuff. But Why do the compamies have to make them so ugly. Like the prius, it looks like someone smashed the frount end and an angle and it has like no grill... and the back is scary. And all of the other electric cars the are comming up with why are they so ugly and wierd? What do you think? Is it just to stand out??? Do you like them? I'm kind of unsure about them.

I think it'd be a great idea to have a built in fridge in cars for us to store fruit/vegetables on our long commutes. It'd save us from getting hungry and giving in to driving to get fast food. Of course this is only a good idea for those of us with the sense not to peel an orange while we're driving.

My car is a 1994 lexus es300 and automatic. The car has D as the weakest D2 as second, and DL as strongest. While i was being dumb and trying stuff like switching gears while moving i was at D and then D2 and rpm jumped by .5 and then DL jumped by 1.5-2 rpm and it pulled back kinda hard(which always happens when i try this) So is that bad. Also answer this, im going at D until 2rpm to 2.5 and then i switch to D2 and it goes to 4 rpm then i switch to DL and it goes up and its really smooth, no pulling back. All at 40mph, so can someone tell me if thats bad for the car, even the smooth scenario?

I'm fast approaching the point where I need to buy my first car. I've thought about getting a Smart car coz i've always liked 'em, but thinkin' about it i don't wanna be embarassed because you either like them or hate them. It'd be a 2nd hand one, any advice on other cars? They have to be economical, cheap to insure and basically no more than £2k. :)
