ok, here to start it off. I was driving home from school around noon. It was a sunny day with light traffic. I approach an intersection following another car (car is moving very slowly) When I past the intersection where a pedestrian was still on the other side of the median (middle), I was pull over for not yielding-to-pedestrian and pull over by an officer on a motorcycle. I was ticket for cvc.21950(a)

The officer was behind me on my right-passenger side claiming that he was just sitting there and watching me not yielding over my tinted windows.

The question is that an I'm wrong or right?

Sometimes you see people driving over speed bumps one tire at a time. Like this: driver's side wheel, then passenger side wheel, and same with the back wheels.
Is there a reason for this, or are they just having fun?

LPG/CNG powered buses and even trucks has proven very successful and quite popular in many countries, More economical and "greener" than the Gas/Diesel powered ones, However in the small, medium & SUV sector they're still a rarity, Why the big car makers doesn't switch to a cleaner and cheaper fuel? I think the benefits will outweigh the downsides since the CNG/LPG engines is very similar to the conventional ones!

i was in the parking lot while backing up i hit a car but when i look there was almost nothing just a very small scratch so i did not leave anything, but there are ppl who control the parking lot and one of them saw that i hit the car but he didnt say anything .. he was like its fine its fine... and when i was returning from to get my car the owner of the car was looking at the scratch and she had a paper in her hand do u think the parking lot worker left o note or something on the car and my liscense plate numbers? andif yes am i in a trouble plz answer

Two states from home, my 2000 Kia with 106,000 miles overheated and stalled. The local auto shop says gas is getting into the water system -- a blown head gasket or a cracked block. They want $3000 to replace the engine. The loan company wants $4000 to release the title so I can sell it. I don't have either amount. I don't have equity in a house (or anything else) to borrow against. Other than a voluntary surrender, which makes me default on the car loan and pay tons of penalties, plus ruins my credit, I'm out of ideas. The loan company won't budge. Any wise advice????
