I agree with the above, 45 minutes or less. Eye sight similar to going to get a regular car renewal. They also might give you a "whisper" test for hearing, I've failed that before, in which case they give you an audio screening (put you in a sound-proff booth with ear phones on and they run a series of tones through the ear phones, which you raise your hand when you hear the tones. I've always passed that OK. If your hearing is bad enough they say you need hearing aids to drive commercial. They'll test you for hernia (spread 'em and cough). May need a TB skin test depending on what you want to drive. No blood draw, but a urine test for the blood sugar, etc. Pretty easy, nothing to be too worried about. Will be lots of forms to fill out so show up 15 minutes early to get that done.

1/2 hour. Run on treadmill. Eye exam. Range of motion test. Bend over and touch your toes, nose and hold arms outstretched. Hearing. BP. Heart. Most of the drs my hubby saw did not do any of this but it is on the paper. And a drug test is done by the employer.

it doesn't take long at all, maybe 20 minutes.it's just a basic physical. I have seen some very out of shape people pass so I wouldn't worry too much.
