I pulled into a parking spot and went to straighten up and my car would not reverse. My last tuneup revealed my transmission fluid was dark. Do I need more fluid?

I heard that although LPG is roughly half the price of petrol, you get far fewer miles to the gallon. So the cost of installing it is hardly worth it. Is this true? Any details?

5 days ago I was involved in a automobile accident. My girlfriend was driving her car and I and another friend were her passengers. I was sitting in front and our friend was sitting behind me.We had just exited off the freeway to go get something to drink, and as we were at a stop with 2 cars in front of us waiting for the light to turn green, we were rear ended by another vehicle (I would say he was going at least 30 to 40 miles per hour, easy) well, to make a long story short, on inpack my head flew forward and then back severily. I have been bed ridden since. I can hardly move and I feel like I was hit by a train, I can barely turn my head it hurts so bad. My friend has full coverage ins. And the man that hit us gave her his ins.co. information. I have'nt seen a doctor yet but I will today I hurt to much could I possibly suffer from "whip-lash" And if so will I ever recover?

Please try to convert to Aussie or US dollars.
Sydney, Australia. $1.12 AU/litre * 4.2 (convert to gallons) = $4.70AUD = $3.50 US per gallon.

I'm simply fed up with all the fancy bogus that's costing me an arm and a leg to fix on my car, stuff nobody even knows what it really does. I want to find a car, gladly an old one if that's what it takes, that's built with almost nothing in it, and runs and runs and runs. Any ideas? Late 70s Toyota Landcruiser, maybe? What might work?

You know, the type that's lugging stuff along the Interstates - Kenworth, Peterbilt, Volvo, Scania, ... the big ones. I was wondering what they devour as they go, mainly because I noticed that they seem to have an awful lot of gears, and I'm wondering if, because of that, they're a lot more economical than you'd think...
Any takers?
Thanks.

This may only be happening in Canada, but anyone can feel free to answer.A friend of mine says shortly, they are going to make this device that has to be installed in your car, that you have to blow into it & if it registers that you are over the limit, your car will be disabled. This is only going to aplly to people with multiple DUI charges, & the cost will be up to the driver & a monthly fee for this thing also, does anyone have ant info on this, thanks in advance.
