You have to be 21 and you must of had a full driving licence for 3 years !

Usually 25 but Hertz hire cars to people between the ages of 23 to 25 but they have to pay an additional surcharge of about £12 per day. You can also hire the car with basic insurance meaning there will be an excess of £550 if the car is damaged or stolen. Also the largest car you can hire is something like a corsa or fiesta.
