There are all sorts of products out there that will supposedly fix a radiator leak. Unfortunately, if it's a plastic radiator, these are temporary fixes which will eventually fail. This is usually because of a bonding problem (JB Weld doesn't really like plastic). I've owned three cars with plastic radiators (2 Mazdas and a Pontiac), and all three of them needed a new radiator within 5 or 6 years. Unfortunately, manufacturers use them because they're cheaper. Fortunately, a good repair shop will be able to locate a metal aftermarket radiator.

I have a 2000 neon. I had the same problem. Tried JB Weld and took it to a radiator shop to repair it. It started leaking again a week later. Just had to replace the radiator. About $600 with labor. I think parts were about $500.

I had a hairline crack in a plastic radiator in a Maxima. I used PVC cement from Lowes. It was still holding three months later when I parked it for other reasons. Put it on cold and leave it overnight.

Try "welding it" with an electric soldering iron. And, there is a product i have seen that can be used for the repair.
Ask at a radiator shop-maybe they can do it to save you money.
If all else fails--spring for a new radiator!

Likely any fix will be temporary, you may want to try ebay for some good deals on replacement parts.

Cant be fixed, only patched and thats the end of it.
Buy a new one or take your chances and get one out of a wrecking yard.
