5 days ago I was involved in a automobile accident. My girlfriend was driving her car and I and another friend were her passengers. I was sitting in front and our friend was sitting behind me.We had just exited off the freeway to go get something to drink, and as we were at a stop with 2 cars in front of us waiting for the light to turn green, we were rear ended by another vehicle (I would say he was going at least 30 to 40 miles per hour, easy) well, to make a long story short, on inpack my head flew forward and then back severily. I have been bed ridden since. I can hardly move and I feel like I was hit by a train, I can barely turn my head it hurts so bad. My friend has full coverage ins. And the man that hit us gave her his ins.co. information. I have'nt seen a doctor yet but I will today I hurt to much could I possibly suffer from "whip-lash" And if so will I ever recover?

Go and seek medical help straight away! you may even have spinal cord damage! Don't delay young lady, or your insurance company will 'wriggle' out of the claim saying you did not seek medical help in time to reduce the severity of your injuries! also you could just make your injuries worse for yourself! Hurry!!!!

Well, you may have done damage to the disc that are in your neck, I did a number on mine playing sports in highschool, and as of right now, there is nothing that be done for that type of injury other then some intense surgical stuff. My advice, get a x-ray and a MRI of your entire spine.

Yes you may have whiplash so see your doctor and yes you can recover, just got and see your doctor first. The indication you cannot move your head and it is painful would indicate it is something more.

Stop writing long posts and get to your doctor *laughs*
