I lost my wallet a few days ago which had my California Drivers License in it. I'm confused as to whether driving without a license means that you never passed the test (etc.) or just don't have the card with you. I passed the test (etc.) but just don't have the card. Am I still allowed to drive?

What is the correct way to use fog lights? I know it is illegal to use them if it isn't foggy, but if it is foggy, should I have headlights on as well.

I am thinking about having some things done to my fiances truck for his birthday and I need an idea of about how much it will cost me etc.

The main things he wants are a hitch, running boards and tint on the windows. Its a 2004 Chevy Silverado.

So guys, help me out, point me in the right direction as to what brands, prices, where to get them etc.

Another question, which is better nerf bars or running boards??

All help is appreciated

You can not rent any trailer no matter what size the hitch is on your car, if you have a class 3 hitch you can not rent any trailer. I had a class 2 hitch with a trailer that only weighed 1200 pounds well within the 3500 pound limit of a class 2 hitch. And Uhaul even lists it right on the contract that you can not tow with a ford explorer so Scottb03gt you are wrong just call uhaul and ask them. and metalshin04 there are several different uhaul trailers not only class 3 trailers

I got around it by taking another truck to the UHaul dealer and picking up the trailer and then hooking it to my Explorer and drove 450 miles back home, with no problems on a class 2 hitch.

I recently heard from an acquaintance that driving laws have changed so that kids who are currently 14 years of age will not be able to get their drivers license until they are 18. Is this true?

Does it harm a car to manually shift the gears on an automatic? I like to have control over the gears, so that's how I do it most of the time. I've been told that it's fine to do it like that, but I wanted to be sure before I tear my car up :]
