I would think your local auto parts store would have the appropriate nuts, and failing that there are Internet sites all over that would, so finding them should not be very hard.
I do have some advice specifically about alloy wheels to give also. Alloys contain aluminum, which can react with the iron or steel brake rotors or drums they are in contact with on the car, and can actually rust and seize together, making it hard to remove the wheel if you get a flat ro need to replace the tire (steel rims can rust on also, but do not seem to do so nearly as quickly). What you can do to prevent this (and therefore make it less likely to be stranded on the side of the road) is to put a thin layer of either bearing grease or anti-seize compound (the stuff you put on the threads on spark plugs before installing them) on the surface of the brake rotor or drum where the rim will be touching it. Also, a thin coat on the wheel studs will help keep them from rusting on. If you are worried about the grease causing the lugs to work out as you drive, use the anti-seize compound, but I have been using bearing grease for this for years and have never had a problem. I hope this helps.

Speak to Peugeot first and get the information and a quote. It's bound to be expensive though them so try ebay or another dealer that might sell copies rather than originals.

Since everything is stock Peugeot, I would think the dealerships should be able to help you with that.
