I recently heard from an acquaintance that driving laws have changed so that kids who are currently 14 years of age will not be able to get their drivers license until they are 18. Is this true?

Yes, you will have to wait until you are 16 here in my state, never heard of anyone 14 any where getting a license.

Yes. But at the age of 16, children can get licence for gearless scooter in india
