It is a narrow parking lot, I started to back up then noticed she was backing up quickly and hit my brake,my car stopped ,a few seconds after I stopped she was still going, and I heard a crunch, I got out and my car is fine but hers was messed up , the first thing she said is I did not see you, then insisted it was my fault, I said it is your fault cause I saw you , I stopped and your car hit mine after it stopped and my car was not moving so it did not get ruined yours did cause it was the moving object,I was in a hurry to leave and did not give a damn it was not a car accident it was hers there was no damage to my car and no one called the insurance company now she is demanding I pay her deductible before she calls her company or take her car and get it fixed, I dont know how to handle this situation nicely, I am so irritated cause I know she knows it was her fault she cant be that stupid and what is the appropriate thing for me to say or do in a civil manner?

I'd say the '91 Honda CRX. I know what you're thinking, they're kinda small but if you push the seat all the way back there's quite a bit of head and leg room.

Well, I am 24.
Ok, so a year ago I took driving lessons and I failed the behind the wheel all three times. But it's not like I was prepared well enough to go take the behind the wheel. It was my paid instructor's "faith" in me...somehow both of them believed I was ready after maybe 15-20 hrs of practice. S they pressured me into taking the test and therefore Ihave failed. So after almost more than a year off...should I try again and find a better instructor? I think the past two people didn't really have the heart and patience to teach me and encourage me enough. All they wanted was the money.....And I admit...I was a little road scared but I know I can overcome it because I really want that damn license!

Why in the heck would you want your car to be loud? Like these motor heads that like their mufflers to sound loud. Is it cuz they want attention? I think a softer sounding car is a whole lot nicer.

I'm interested in buying a Dodge Caliber, but instead of test driving with a sales person, I was thinking of renting one from Avis, or whatever, for a couple of days. Can I do that? Has anyone else ever done this?
