Is the traffic report for an accident or for road conditions? If its for an accident call the police station that covered the accident. If it is for travel check with your local radio station or go to your States DOT site (ex.. TexasDOT.com) I do belive that there should be something on there for you. I know they tell you what roads and bridges are closed and where there is road construction at.
